Nintendo Noir

I want to thank Rachael for sending this link to me.  Holy crap!  I'm sure there are so many people already watching this, and I have just gotten into it, but definitely check it out if you are like me.  There Will Be Brawl is an alt-universe where the Mushroom Kingdom is basically a city scape, everyone lives there, Luigi, Mario, Wario, Link, Zelda, etc.  (i dont want to give away some awesome so called 'appearances.'  But its dark as all living hell.  And for some reason, it works.  If you dont want to disturb your childhood memories, stay away . . . but if you are like me, check it out.  Its a tad bit amateurish, but they dont seem to try to be anything but.  I mean, with the premise of a serial killer loose in the Mushroom Kingdom, how can you really try to take yourselves too seriously??  Below is the first episode.  For more episodes go to: The Escapist Magazine or ThereWillBeBrawl.com

Introducing the Horse Board 2010

If you're like me, then you often find yourself in races to the death.  Pounding the sides of Nibbles, begging her to go faster, as the baddies; who had the foresight to secure motorized transportation for this encounter; are inching closer and closer.  Then, as if oblivious to the life and death situation, a random trucker blocks your path almost certainly guaranteeing your demise...  Until now.

Simply attach the Horse Board 2010 to the left side of your horse and you'll be ready to tip and slide right under any obstacle.  Never again will the baddies stop you with this clever ruse.

Okay, but seriously, this is one of the greatest things ever.  I mean this guy is riding a horse and then tips it on a convient, if not obvious cart and goes sliding under a truck.  I wish I could have been there when the writers decided that this is what they were going to do.  What was their thought process, really?
