We did not invent the algorithm. The algorithm consistently finds Jesus. The algorithm killed Jeeves. The algorithm is banned in China. The algorithm is from Jersey. The algorithm constantly finds Jesus. This is not the algorithm. This is close.

Nintendo Noir

I want to thank Rachael for sending this link to me.  Holy crap!  I'm sure there are so many people already watching this, and I have just gotten into it, but definitely check it out if you are like me.  There Will Be Brawl is an alt-universe where the Mushroom Kingdom is basically a city scape, everyone lives there, Luigi, Mario, Wario, Link, Zelda, etc.  (i dont want to give away some awesome so called 'appearances.'  But its dark as all living hell.  And for some reason, it works.  If you dont want to disturb your childhood memories, stay away . . . but if you are like me, check it out.  Its a tad bit amateurish, but they dont seem to try to be anything but.  I mean, with the premise of a serial killer loose in the Mushroom Kingdom, how can you really try to take yourselves too seriously??  Below is the first episode.  For more episodes go to: The Escapist Magazine or ThereWillBeBrawl.com

Gentlemen Broncos

From Jared Hess who brought you Napoleon Dynamite, and Nacho Libre.  Give the trailer a chance, Gentlemen Broncos looks good, though I will agree that the beginning looks like a Napoleon Dynamite re-hatch, but give it a chance, I loved it by the end of the trailer.

The Zombie King!

Noel Fielding, popularly known as Vince Noir, in the BBC's The Mighty Boosh, starring Fielding and Julian Barratt, has recently been crowned the Zombie King at the Big Chill Festival.  The film, er, project, er, who knows, is a Film4 production along with Warp Films, is attempting to break the record on the amount of people dressed up in zombie form.  Check out the trailer before, and send this Boosh your love.

WTF Life Form!

So, we are located out of Greensboro, and just a quick drive away is Raleigh, NC.  Where this has been seen?  It is going to be the new actor in one of our films.  At least it seems to respond with better timing then most actors.  (Not sure if this is CGI or not, still trying to figure it all out)  Now take a gander.  Its disgusting, so be warned.

Random Random

So, it is noon, on Saturday. I have been up roughly since 5, though I did take like a two hour nap at ten, something like that I suppose. I have to move out in like, two weeks, or by the end of the month, and I have literally three boxes packed. Woo! Here are some random musings I suppose, if I actually have the definition of musing correct.

Anyway, we have finished some of the rewrites for the new online series. After one of our original leads has seemed rather busy lately, and doesn't seem to be able to commit as much as we'd like, we have had to go through and rewrite things, to take his character away. Good news is that this creates another character for us to work with a friend of ours that we truly adore.

We are working on a horror script still. Not sure when it will ever be done, nor if it will ever truly be good, but it should be fun none the less.

On the Beane Screen 2009 showing. It went really well. We were able to screen our stuff at The Garage in Winston, (the first time the Beane Screen has ever been in a public place.) It was nice to see ourselves on the big screen, and with us headlining the night, it was even better to see people laugh. We are discussing the idea of doing a screening in Greensboro, that way more friends can come out, and get wasted, and not have far to go afterwards. Oh and please no more backhanded compliments, if you do, place the backhanded part under your breath. You either like us, or you don't, but please dont try to explain that you do because you don't.

[This segment has been deleted, as author of it, I chose to delete it, so as to not create even more drama.]

And now, what should we want more than a fun little video eh?

Anyway, I guess that is all for now, besides the fact that that trailer looks amazing.  Peace
